You can make an eye appointment  by;

Alternatively you can send an e-mail to;

When you come for your appointment, can you please bring the following;

• All medications your pet is currently on,
• A copy of any information you  have received from your veterinarian to do with your pet's eye problem(s). This can be recent information and anything you may have about any past eye problems.
• A copy of the New Pet Questionnaire sent out to you (alternatively you can download or print another copy from here)
